It was our own experiences of what it means to balance the demands of life’s pressures with our aspirations to live a more balanced and holistic existence that led to birth of Moon & Lagoon. We have experienced first hand the power of regular, albeit small commitments to the most important person in your life – YOU!

We have learned that every few minutes we take out for ourselves, to recharge, to calm our nervous system, to reward ourselves for all that we do reaps rewards in terms of greater wellbeing, peace and ability to face life’s challenges with more resiliance – and joy!

Our quest for creating our own sanctuary at home to practice this led to us designing our own products, so that we could go further and support this practice for others, because we believe so passionately in the power of self-care.
