Delivery FAQ's
When will my order be despatched?
We know how excited you are to receive your parcel. So, all orders placed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) before 1pm are despatched the same day.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use a variety of companies to carry our parcels – where possible orders to most residential addresses will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs. For larger items we may need to use a courier service, and we will notify you of this in your despatch email.
How soon should I expect my order?
You will receive an email to let you know that your order is on the way – many of our orders arrive within a couple of days, however as Royal Mail and all couriers are still extremely busy and sometimes don’t achieve their delivery goals, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive with you. If it has not arrived by this time, please notify us so that we can track your order’s whereabouts.
With some COVID-19 and restrictions still in place deliveries may take a couple of days longer than normal.
What happens if I’m out when a delivery attempt is made?
If you are unlikely to be home to receive your parcel you can leave a shipping note (ie. leave with neighbour) during checkout. Alternatively you can have your order sent to an alternative address, again this can be done during checkout.
If you are out when a delivery attempt is made, Royal Mail may leave the parcel with a neighbour and post an instruction card through your door. Or they may return the parcel to your local Royal Mail Collection Office and leave re delivery instructions with you instead.
Please note that if you are not at home when the delivery is made and you fail to collect your parcel from your local office it will be returned to us. In these circumstances the cost of shipping will not be refunded and further cost will be incurred to resend your parcel
Returns Policy
I’ve changed my mind can I return the items?
Please contact us to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt and we will provide you with a returns number.
Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returned goods that are in an unused and saleable condition. A full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), will be offered however the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. If goods arrive in used, incomplete or damaged condition, then a reduction may be made to the refund offered.
If your order arrives and is faulty we will offer a full refund including shipping costs.
My parcel has arrived damaged, what should I do?
Although we take great care to ensure that your parcel arrives safely, we accept that some things are out of our control. Please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of both the outer and inner packaging – this helps us greatly in resolving any unforseen issues.
